  • Absolutely! Whether you're looking to host an intimate birthday, a corporate sundowner, or a full-blown exclusive takeover, we’ve got you covered.

    Large Groups & Private Events

We love a good party. You can choose to book out specific sections—like our sun-soaked Deck for a cocktail vibe or our Upstairs Lounge for something a bit more private—or you can have the whole place to yourself.

    • Capacity: Up to 120 guests for a full venue cocktail-style event.

    • Availability: We are available for private hire 7 days a week. Notably, since we are closed to the general public on Mondays and Tuesdays, these are prime days for exclusive corporate bookings or private celebrations.

    Minimum Spend

Our minimum spends are tailored to your specific needs and vary based on the day of the week and the season.

    • How it works: We don't typically charge a "venue hire fee." Instead, we use a minimum spend model, which means every dollar goes directly toward your food and drinks for the event.

    • Peak vs. Off-Peak: Naturally, a Friday night in December will have a higher minimum spend than a mid-week afternoon in winter.

    • Flexible Options: If you don't quite need the whole bar, reserving a dedicated area for your group is a great way to enjoy the atmosphere with a more accessible minimum spend.

    What We Offer

    • Food: From our famous handmade dumplings to bespoke grazing boards and canapés.

    • Drinks: Tailored beverage packages, curated wine lists, or we can even set up a dedicated cocktail station for your guests.

    • Vibe: Our heritage stable setting provides a backdrop that doesn't need much extra styling—it’s got character built right into the walls.

  • For general visits to Lot Twenty Click to open side panel for more information , there is no formal or strict dress code. The venue maintains a relaxed, "come as you are" neighborhood vibe that suits its location in the Northbridge cultural precinct.

While the atmosphere is casual, there are a few things to keep in mind depending on when you visit:

    • Daytime & Weekdays: The vibe is very laid-back. It is common to see people in casual work attire, everyday streetwear, or relaxed weekend clothing.

    • Evenings & Weekends: While still casual, many guests opt for "smart casual" attire as the bar transitions into a livelier social spot.

    • Masterclasses & Events: Since you’ll be getting hands-on behind the bar during sessions like the Spicy Margarita or Espresso Martini classes, comfortable clothing and sensible footwear are recommended.

    • Weather Considerations: If you plan on sitting in the outdoor deck area, it's worth bringing a layer during the cooler Perth months, though the indoor space remains cozy year-round.

Attire with offensive designs or words and insignia are not permitted, but other than that, we don't have a dress code as such. If you wouldn't wear it in front of your mum, perhaps rethink your outfit.

    Cake Policy

You are welcome to bring a celebratory cake along for your event. We simply ask that you keep the following in mind:

    • Our team can slice and serve the cake for your guests, however, you will need to bring paper plates to serve it at your table.

    • We can often accommodate early drop-offs in our cool room; just let us know in advance so we can ensure there is space.

    Decoration Guidelines

We want your space to feel special, but because we operate out of a heritage-listed building, we have a few specific guidelines to protect the venue:

    • No fixing any items to the walls, including blu-tack and tape.

    • We have a strict "no glitter and no confetti" policy. These items are difficult to clean and can damage the historical textures of the building.

    Wall Fixings:

    • Please avoid using any tapes or adhesives that might pull at the heritage brickwork or paint.

    • Balloons and Table Decor: Balloons (weighted) and floral arrangements are generally welcome and are a great way to add colour to your event.

  • Yes, Lot Twenty offers gift vouchers, which are a popular choice for birthdays, anniversaries, or corporate gifts. These vouchers provide a flexible way for your guests to enjoy the venue at their own pace.

    • Customisable Value: You can typically choose the amount you wish to load onto the voucher, making it suitable for anything from a few rounds of drinks to a full Masterclass experience.

    • Vouchers are available for purchase online as e-gift cards for instant delivery.

    • Experience-Specific Vouchers: In addition to general monetary vouchers, you can often purchase vouchers specifically for our structured experiences, such as the Cocktail Classes.

    • Easy Redemption: Vouchers can be redeemed for any food or drink across our menus, including our seasonal specials and wine list.

    • Supervision: Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian at all times while on the premises.

    • Time Restrictions: While we are generally family-friendly, the atmosphere shifts toward a more adult-centric bar environment in the late evenings. It is usually best for families with minors to visit during daylight hours or for early evening bookings.
