TERMS AND CONDITIONS: LOT TWENTY

1. LOT TWENTY CLASSES & MASTERCLASSES

1.1 Minimum Numbers: Minimum guest numbers are required to run Lot Twenty classes. If the minimum number is not reached, alternative dates will be offered, or a full refund will be issued.

  • Cocktail Classes: 8 Guests

  • Rosé/Reds & Dumplings: 8 Guests

  • Mulled Wine Masterclass: 12 Guests

1.2 Private Bookings: For groups of 12+ guests, please contact Lot Twenty directly at info@lot20.co to book a private class.

1.3 Alterations: Classes are intended to run as advertised, but Lot Twenty reserves the right to:

  • (a) Alter the course programme or presenter(s) at its discretion; and

  • (b) Postpone or cancel a course due to insufficient numbers.

  • 1.4 Refunds: Participants will be entitled to a full refund if a course is cancelled by Lot Twenty.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. To keep our bookings fair and straightforward, the following fees apply to class cancellations:

  • More than 14 days prior: Full refund.

  • Between 7 and 14 days prior: 50% cancellation fee.

  • Within 7 days of the event: Non-refundable (100% cancellation fee).

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to assist, subject to availability and the notice periods above.

3. GENERAL VENUE & FUNCTION TERMS

3.1 Booking Confirmation: A function is confirmed once a deposit (typically $100) is paid. This deposit is fully redeemable on the day towards food and beverage spend.

3.2 Final Details: Final guest numbers, dietary requirements, and pre-paid catering must be confirmed 14 days prior to your event.

3.3 Liquor Licensing (RSA): Lot Twenty adheres strictly to the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA). We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any person deemed intoxicated or disruptive. Minors must be supervised by a legal parent or guardian at all times.

4. FOOD ORDERS & CATERING

4.1 Boutique Preparation: We are a boutique business that operates five (5) days a week. All our food is handmade, and ingredients are purchased specifically for your order. 4.2 Confirmation Timeline: All food orders must be confirmed ten (10) days before your event.

4.3 Order Changes: We cannot accept changes to food orders within seven (7) days of your event.

4.4 Leftovers: If your guest numbers dwindle on the day, we will happily supply takeaway packaging for any extra bites you would like to take with you.

5. PAYMENTS

5.1 Catering Payment: All function food orders confirmed fourteen (14) days prior to your function are required to be paid for in full, regardless of consumption.

5.2 Additional Orders: Should you wish to order additional items from our regular menu on the day, these will be added to your account.

5.3 Final Settlement: Full payment of any outstanding balance is required on the day of your function via cash, EFTPOS, or credit card.

6. SECURITY & RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL (RSA)

6.1 RSA Compliance: In accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1988, Lot Twenty reserves the right to refuse the service of alcohol to any guest considered to be underage, intoxicated, or behaving in an offensive manner.

6.2 Right of Exclusion: Management reserves the right to exclude or remove any person(s) from the premises and surrounding confines without liability should their activities be considered excessively noisy, disruptive, offensive, or illegal.

7. INSURANCE & DAMAGE

7.1 Liability: Lot Twenty will take all reasonable care; however, we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property prior to, during, or after a function. 7.2 Damage to Property: In the unlikely event that damage to any Lot Twenty property occurs as a result of any guest related to the function, the function organiser agrees to assume all liability and expense. The organiser agrees that Lot Twenty may charge the provided credit card for all such charges.

8. PRIVACY & MEDIA

8.1 Promotional Use: The Participant/Organiser acknowledges that Lot Twenty may use photography and filming from its events for future promotional use and grants permission to:

  • (i) Photograph and film the course and events; and

  • (ii) Use such media for future marketing purposes.

9. GOVERNING LAW

9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Submission of a booking form or payment of a deposit confirms that you have read and accept the conditions stated above.
