Function Booking Terms and Conditions

By proceeding to payment, I am confirming the booking of this function with Lot Twenty. I acknowledge I will be processing a payment to Lot Twenty an amount of one hundred dollars ($100) to be held as a deposit for this Function Booking. I confirm I am an authorised signatory of this card and I acknowledge I have read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Failure to complete deposit payment may result in your booking being cancelled.

 

Cancellation

By clicking proceeding to payment, I acknowledge the following;

• Function cancellation within seven (7) days prior to the function, $100 loss of deposit.

• Function cancellation within three (3) days prior to the function, $100 loss of deposit and any cost of goods Lot Twenty has incurred in ordering food for the function.

• Any unpaid bills associated with this function.

 

Two Weeks Prior 

All details for the event must be finalised no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event. ‘Details’ include but are not limited to: event timing, number of guests, food order, format for drinks and any special requests. Any requested changes after the 2 weeks prior to the booking may incur additional charges which will be discussed at each request.

Food Orders

All food orders need to be confirmed ten (10) days before your event. 

We are a boutique business that operates five (5) days a week, all our food is handmade and as such all ingredients are bought in specifically according to your order.

This means we cannot accept changes to food orders within seven (7) days of your event.

If your numbers do dwindle, we will happily supply takeaway packaging for any extra bites you may like to takeaway with you.

Insurance and Damage

Lot Twenty will take all responsible care; however, will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property prior, during or after the function. In the unlikely event that damage to any Lot Twenty property occurs as a result of any guest related to the function, the function organiser agrees to assume all liability and expense and agrees that, Lot Twenty may charge the above credit card for all such charges.

 

Security

Management reserves the right to exclude or remove any person(s) from the premises and surrounding confines without liability should the activities be considered excessively noisy, disruptive, offensive or illegal. Responsible Service of Alcohol In accordance to the Liquor Control Act 1988, Lot Twenty reserves the right to refuse the service of alcohol to any guests it considers to be under age or intoxicated or behaving in an offensive manner.

 

Payment

All function food orders confirmed fourteen (14) days prior to your function are required to be paid for regardless of consumption.

 

Should you wish to order additional food items from our regular menu, these will be added to your account. Full payments are required on the day of your function by cash, EFTPOS or credit card. Submission of this form confirms that you have read and accept the conditions stated above.
